Guest registration is required by the community for access to amenities. Please provide your information at least 3 days before check-in to avoid a $50 late registration fee. Your rental packet includes a maximum of 8 amenity wristbands and 6 registered vehicle tags per stay. You may purchase up to 2 additional amenity wristbands for $10 per person, per day (cash only) at the clubhouse. All bookings will be required to complete the following before getting access to the property: ✓ Completion of the Community Registration Form including full names and license plates of all individuals bringing a vehicle (Jotform link sent via Airbnb inbox) ✓ Completion of the Rental Agreement (Jotform link sent via Airbnb inbox) Trash Disposal: To prevent issues with wildlife and HOA fines, trash must be dropped off at the community dumpster site, located just 7 minutes from the home. There’s no curbside pickup. No parties or events are allowed. Contact us before booking if you're not sure. **Although rare, community amenities closures due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., understaffing, lake bacteria levels, etc.) can occur at any time without notice and are beyond our control.
